Pune: 14-Year-Old Pune boy found selling water bottles at Jabalpur railway station after leaving home in Anger
Pune: In a remarkable breakthrough, Pune Police traced a 14-year-old boy who had left his home in Bharti Vidyapeeth area four months ago in anger. The boy was discovered selling water bottles at Jabalpur railway station. PSI Ashok Yevale from the Swargate Investigation Team informed Deputy Commissioner of Police Smartana Patil and Sr PI Dashrath Patil. With the assistance of the local police, the boy was taken into custody. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar announced a reward of five lakhs for this outstanding achievement.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Smartana Patil stated that the boy had left home due to a disagreement with his father and had been missing for four months. Sub-inspector Ashok Yewle and his team had been actively searching for the boy, coordinating with police in various states. The boy’s photo had been circulated widely, leading to his eventual discovery at Jabalpur Railway Station.
The successful operation was carried out under the guidance of Additional Commissioner of Police Pravinkumar Patil, Deputy Commissioner of Police Smartana Patil, Assistant Commissioner of Police Nandini Vagyani, Senior Police Inspector Dashrath Patil, Police Sub-Inspector Ashok Yewle, and Policeman Feroze Shaikh and Harshal Shinde.
