Pune: Daring Heist in Hinjewadi; Robbers Stole Jewellery from Shop at Gunpoint; Assaulted Jeweller
Pune: This morning, a few thieves assaulted the jeweller and robbed a jewellery shop situated in Hinjewadi. This incident took place on Friday morning at Laxmi Chowk in Hinjewadi.
As per the information given by the police, there is a Shivmudra jewellery shop in the Laxmi Chowk of Hinjewadi police station limits. On Friday morning, a few robbers intruded into the shop and assaulted the jeweller at gunpoint. After that, they plundered the shop and took away valuable jewellery from the shop.
On getting information about the incident, senior police inspectors of Hinjewadi police station rushed to the spot. Hinjewadi police immediately ordered a blockade in the city. This entire incident of robbery was captured in the shop’s CCTV footage. The police are conducting further investigation into the case.
