Pune: Wanwadi Police File Case Against Man for Luring Woman to Seize Her House

Pune: The Wanwadi police have lodged a complaint against a man who was trying to grab the woman’s house by luring her into love. In this case, Wanwadi police booked Nagnath Gulab Shinde (age 54, a resident of Wanwadi).

As per the police information, the accused, Nagnath Shinde, is already married and has two children. In spite of that, Shinde lured the plaintiff woman and trapped her in his love. He promised marriage to the woman and started living with her in her house.

The plaintiff said that Shinde married her in Alandi by the registration method. Initially, Shinde behaved well with the plaintiff, but soon after, he started demanding money from the plaintiff woman.

Initially, the plaintiff woman sold the land in Wagholi, which was owned by her mother, and gave the first instalment of Rs 1.5 lakh to the accused. However, after that, the accused also tried to take the plaintiff’s home. He also asked the woman to sell the house and give him the amount. The plaintiff complained that the accused harassed her mentally and physically.

The police investigation revealed that the accused, Shinde, also hid the fact that he was already married. In this case, Police Sub-Inspector Ajay Kesarkar is conducting further investigation.
