Pune: Two Minor Girls of Baramati Were Gang-Raped by Four People in Hadapsar; Police Arrested Three
Pune : A heinous incident has come to light from Hadapsar, where two minor girls who came to Pune from Baramati were gang-raped by four people in a room after forcefully giving alcohol to girls.
In this regard, Baramati police have arrested three people. The arrested accused have been identified as Dnyaneshwar Bharat Atole (age 27, a resident of Sawal), Aniket Pramod Bengare (age 20, a resident of Bayaji Nagar, Baramati), and Yash Alias Sonya Shivaji Atole (age 21, a resident of Sawal, Taluka Baramati).
According to the police information, two 15-year-old girls from Baramati had come to Pune on September 14 without saying anything at home. In this regard, two separate complaints about their missing’s were filed at Baramati Taluka Police Station.
Police said that these two girls were friends of each other and were studying at different schools in Baramati. While travelling from the ST bus, these girls had come in contact with Dnyaneshwar Atole, who asked them to come to his room in Hadapsar. The accused also informed his two friends about the girls.
After two girls came from Baramati, the accused took them to the room in Hadapsar, where he forcibly made them drink alcohol the whole night. After that, four accused raped two minor girls alternatively.
After that, the girls came to the bus stop in Hadapsar. One girl called her mother from the mobile phone of a passenger there. Then the mother of that girl informed the Baramati taluka police about the girls location in Hadapsar, and the police brought the girls to Baramati safely.
The female police officers and personnel of Baramati taluka police station brought both of them to Baramati police station. They were counselled by the women police. At that time, these girls informed the police about the entire incident. After that, the police arrested Dnyaneshwar Atole and his two friends. A search is on for the fourth accused.
In this regard, two complaints of atrocities and sexual exploitation have been registered against all the accused. Police are investigating further.
