Pune: BJP Spokesperson Ali Daruwala becomes PA Inamdar University’s Governing Council Senate Member
Pune: Ali Daruwala, a prominent politician and a spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), was recently appointed as a Senate Member on the Governing Council of Dr PA Inamdar University, Pune.
In this new role, Daruwala will oversee the university’s operations on behalf of the government, focusing on governance, academic policies and strategic initiatives. His involvement is expected to strengthen the university’s connection with public policy and regulatory frameworks.
Dr PA Inamdar University, established under the PA Inamdar University Act of 2022, is a growing educational institution in Pune that offers diverse programmes across fields such as education, architecture, commerce, and pharmaceutical sciences. The university emphasises quality education and aims to integrate innovation, incubation, and research through dedicated facilities.
Ali Daruwala’s public service record extends beyond politics. He also serves as an advisor to Ruby Hall Hospital, a prominent healthcare institution in Pune, contributing to its strategic development and enhancing healthcare standards. His new role at the university reflects a continued commitment to leadership in both public policy and institutional governance.
He is also the National Advisor to the Minority Commission of India, New Delhi, Rangoonwala Dental College, Unani College and Hospital and Physiotherapy College, Pune.
