Pune: Minor Individual Killed Worker with Stone Over Insult to Father in Drunken Argument

In a startling incident, a minor individual has murdered a worker by throwing a stone at the worker’s chest after the worker insulted his father as bald under the influence of alcohol. The murdered worker has been identified as Raju Lohar (age 46, a resident of Darekar Wasti, Lohegaon, Wagholi Road). Wagholi police have detained a minor individual.

This incident took place on Wednesday, December 4, at 1 p.m. in Bhushan Dhoot’s plot near Rohan Abhilasha Society on Lohegaon Wagholi Road. In this case, the son of the murdered worker, Raj Raju Lohar (age 28, a resident of Darekar Wasti, Lohegaon, Wagholi Road), lodged a complaint at Wagholi police station.

Recently, two minors were brutally murdered at Wanwadi, Sinhagad Road, and now there has been an incident where a minor has murdered one individual.

As per the police information, Raju Lohar was working as a labourer. On Wednesday afternoon, Lohar was drinking alcohol in Bhushan Dhoot’s plot. At that time, he had an argument with a minor individual after he referred to the minor’s father as bald. In that anger, the minor murdered Lohar by throwing a stone on his chest.

Upon receiving information about the incident, senior police officers, including Deputy Commissioner of Police Himmat Jadhav and Assistant Commissioner of Police Pranjali Sonawane, visited the spot and gave instructions regarding the investigation in this case. Wagholi police are investigating the case.
