Two Young Engineers from Jalgaon Killed in Road Accidents in Pune Within Four Days

In a tragic turn of events, two young engineers from Jalgaon district lost their lives in separate road accidents in Pune over the past four days. The deceased, Bhavesh Chaudhari from Faizpur in Yawal taluka and Shubham Patil from Khirdi village in Raver taluka, succumbed to fatal injuries in two-wheeler accidents.

On Saturday, March 8, when Bhavesh Surendra Chaudhari, an original native of Pehed Wada, Faizpur, met with a fatal accident near Saswad. While riding his two-wheeler, he crashed into a stationary dumper on the roadside, dying on the spot.

Bhavesh, who came from a financially weak background, had recently completed his engineering studies and moved to Pune six months ago for work. Since Saturday was a holiday, he was travelling for his personal work when the tragic accident occurred. His funeral was held in Faizpur on Sunday. Bhavesh is survived by his mother and two sisters.

In the second incident, Shubham Vasant Patil (30), an engineer based in Pune, was critically injured when a tractor collided with his two-wheeler in the Ravet area around 11 p.m. on March 6. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after that.

Following the accident, the Ravet police registered a case against the tractor driver, Chandrashekhar Gwanappa Mudgal (24), a resident of Maske Vasti, Ravet. Shubham’s last rites were performed in his native village, Khirdi, on March 7. He was the only son of the family and is survived by his wife, mother, and father.
