Pune: Businessman Ends Life Over Fraud Promising High Profits, Khadak Police Booked Seven

In a shocking incident, a businessman has committed suicide after he was cheated by people on the pretext of giving him more profit. Khadak police have registered a case against seven people in this matter.
The businessman who committed suicide has been identified as Ramzan Sache (age 44, a resident of Angarshah Takiya, Bhawani Peth). His wife has filed a complaint at the Khadak police station in this matter. Accordingly, the police registered cases against Sunil Bele, Afarsar Sheikh, Mateen Sheikh, Haider Sheikh, Asif, Mujammil Patwekar, and Sanjeev Bazarmath.
As per the police information, the deceased Ramzan has a clothing store, and his wife is a teacher at school. A few days ago, the accused took lakhs of rupees from him by alluring him of more profit. The accused took more than 50 lakh rupees from Ramzan. For this, Ramzan had also taken a loan from the bank.
However, when Ramzan asked for the money back, the accused then refused him to return his money. Unable to bear this mental pressure, Ramzan committed suicide by hanging himself by tying an iron angle in his house on October 14. The police had earlier reported the case as sudden death. However, after his wife’s complaint, police have registered a case, and Assistant Police Inspector Kuldeep Vhatkar is conducting further investigation into the case.
